A labour of love from hand-picking native botanicals to distillation, Maria River Distillery in Crescent Head is a truly unique Australian small-batch producer. Locally farmed, responsibly sourced and sustainably distilled, this distillery on the Maria River in the beautiful Mid-north Coast of NSW grows juniper, coriander, citrus and Australian botanicals onsite to produce gin, limoncello and the world’s first blend of gin and limoncello. Ideal for a refreshing cocktail, Ginello is perfect over ice with mint, soda and tonic, while the signature MRD Gin is well-balanced with a depth of flavour from floral and herbaceous notes to subtle, almost strawberry-like sweetness and a peppery finish. Available onsite and online, perhaps opt for the Mandarincello or Dry Gin for your next tipple.
