Best thing that's happened to Mittagong in years
We travel to/from Canberra multiple times a year and every time we stop at The Glass Cafe in Mittagong, it is seriously a Southern Highlands gem! The food is locally sourced, the team are friendly and fabulous - I only wish we stopped over night as their nightlife looks pretty impressive, too. Stop through, you won't be disappointed!
Southern Highlands highlight
Glass Cafe is always the first stop on our Southern Highlands sojourns. Great place for a coffee or hearty meal before hitting the Fitzroy Falls walks or exploring the region's wineries. Alpaca is the menu's starring dish, my preference is the kofta variety but my partner in crime swears by the burger. The beef burger and Reuben also rate highly, I reckon. Great coffee, great staff and a great feed.
