When visiting Robe in South Australia, make sure to reserve your table for a little decadence at Indulge@Robe, perched along Victoria Street. Opt to be seated in the front alfresco terrace area, or pull up a stool as friends join you for a drink at the front window bar; while on cooler nights head inside to find a contemporary interior styled with a monotone palette, finished nicely with the use of blonde timber furniture and relaxed seating. As the name suggests, Indulge has created a menu completely made from scratch to allow diners the pleasure of enjoying sumptuous eats, offering plates like gluten free pan seared veal saltimbocca, crispy prosciutto, Parmesan and sage with a roast vegetable medley, accompanied by an impressive local wine list sourced from South Australia.
