Brunch visit

Our part of 5 arrived about 10am and were seated immediately. The service throughout was prompt, efficient and courteous. We ordered a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Portions were on the large size and most were attractively presented. Special requests were accommodated and the food was tasty. A lovely time enjoyed by all our party.

The Baristas’ Shed Overview

Situated comfortably in the middle of a home renovators heaven on the outskirts of Western Sydney, is quality coffee focussed café, The Baristas’ Shed. Drawing the eye when hungry and coffee deprived visitors cross the threshold, is a large blackboard framed with a red neon light that shines a trendy vibe over the café and its bright coloured tiles, grey brick bar and black steel trim. A tempting all day menu champions Grand Cru roasted coffee and the freshest of produce, seen in the likes of the Feng Shui Fixer Salad packed with quinoa, fennel, carrot, sweet potato, pickled cabbage and nuts, or lavish choices like blueberry pancakes with chocolate ice cream, honeycomb chunks, cookie soil and passionfruit. For a hearty feast, tuck into a Mac Daddy beef, or Holy Chook fried chicken burger.

Breakfast bruschetta with mushrooms, kale, Worcestershire sauce, poached free range egg and fried halloumi.

The first thing that strikes you when you enter the café is the nice clean deco, with the use of bricks in the front counter, and a glass cabinet showcasing the day’s dessert and sandwich specials. The other main feature that we love is the giant blackboard hanging on the wall, with the café’s menu written on it, ‘blinged’ with a red, almost neon, light that imbues The Baristas’ Shed with a very modern .. continue reading at Coco & Vine.
