An alfresco deck overhanging the water provides panoramic views, as guests mingle with a drink in hand and ponder a tapas-style menu boasting dishes such as grilled octopus, nduja sauce, youlk potatoes and charred lemon. Perhaps pair a Margaret River Shiraz with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, Moroccan spiced root vegetables, sumac labneh and pita; or grab a beer tasting paddle and chow down on Black Brewing Co Lager-battered fish and chips, slaw, chips and caper and dill aioli.

Wilyabrup is our home - Caves Road Tourist Drive if you're a stickler for the fine print. But don't let our street address fool you. Chances are if you find yourself at the Collective, you're less of a tourist and more of a traveller.
Uncompromising craft beers, boutique gin, and some of Margaret River's best wine varieties. That's what our team delivers in the creative playground we call Caves Road Collective. We're home to Black Brewing Co., Dune Distilling, Ground to Cloud Wines and our in-house restaurant, all delivered by our passionate staff.
Across the whole Collective, our intention is to create incredible memories. Year round, visitors can drop in for a beer, gin or wine tasting, lunch on the deck or by the fire, a late afternoon saison and bar snack, family gatherings in the beer garden, or even a game of pool. We host regular exhibitions, music and special events, and are one of the region's top spots for weddings (yes, our lake and gardens are that good-looking).
