Shop 3 & 4, 65 Princes Hwy,Milton NSW
When seeing the sights in quaint, rural Milton, pop by Italian Guild on the Princes Highway to sample an authentic slice of Milano. The Italian Guild is an ideal place for relaxation in the alfresco area with tantalising Italian fare, before catching a band at the close by theatre. From the Delano coffee to the crackling woodfire oven, everything about the Guild says Italian heritage. Perhaps begin with an antipasto Rocco Italiano sharing plate with prosciutto, Gorgonzola and smoked ham, before a selection from a delectable range of pizzas. Those after some spice will appreciate the Diavola with hot salami, mozzarella, olives and basil, while diners looking for the luxurious, will fall for the Tartufo with real black truffle cream cheese, Parma prosciutto and white truffle oil.
Buffalo mozzarella salad with mixed leafy greens, imported Italian buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, grilled vegetables, red onion, balsamic dressing and homemade crostini.

Does My Bomb Look Big In This Blog Review
I tried three dishes at The Italian Guild and I’ve already incorporated two of them into my home repertoire. Wanting to eat something again is pretty much the highest praise a food writer can give a restaurant, and with this one being on NSW's South Coast, cooking their dishes at home was the easiest way to achieve this.
