Nestled on the east coast of Australia, somewhere between the Pacific Ocean and Gondwana rainforest lies a small distillery where the beautifully hued Ink Gin is made. After finding great success locally, Ink Gin has since expanded and can now be found in large retailers and boutique wine stores across the country, coveted for its smooth taste, sleek bottle and vibrant violet colour. The gin is distilled with a blend of traditional Australian and exotic ingredients before being infused with the petals of a curious flowering legume with colour changing properties. Depending on the pH of what it is mixed with, Ink Gin can transform a simple gin and tonic into a delicately blushing beverage, aromatic with hints of native lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berries and sweet orange.
