Highline Restaurant Overview

Bringing to Windsor the ultimate paddock to plate dining experience is Chapel Street’s Highline Restaurant. Tucked inside The Railway Hotel, it perfectly encapsulates Melbourne sophistication and natural vibes through the effortless use of bold black walls, white tablecloths and native flora centre pieces, which are all brought together by landscape photographs. Fresh flavours, seasonal produce and sustainable practices determine Highline’s three menus created by Head Chef Simon Tarlington, where diners can indulge in an a la carte menu, a four-course discovery menu, or degustation menu. Indulge in dishes of zucchini, ham and squid, or red snapper, chorizo, garlic, red peppers and saffron; finishing with decadent dessert options of Daintree chocolate, rhubarb, rum and raisin.

Best Known For

Organic Yarra chicken with garden leaves, parsnip and preserved barley.
