Enter through the hidden door and ask the team to take you through the menu at this chic cocktail lounge where polished concrete flooring, warm lighting and large windows set the scene for cheeky drinks at the long bar. Perhaps take to the upholstered bench seats and sip a Seddon Sling with bourbon, citrus, orgeat, Vietnamese mint and spicy ginger beer, to go with grazing plates og thick cut chips, topped with feta and oregano. Pair a Purple Lady – gin, yuzushu, citrus, kaffir lime and butterfly pea flower – with zucchini, feta and ricotta fritters, served with house tzatziki, or an open chicken souvlaki, with tomato, onion, chips and pita bread.
