A village dating back to the 1850's. Notable buildings of that time include The Church of England, built in 1856, Roman Catholic Church built in 1874.
Lambing Flat Historical Folk Museum
Houses some interesting items, including a banner from the infamous anti-Chinese goldfields riots of 1861 which led to the eviction of 2500 Chinese diggers.
