Penguin Island

Penguin Island is home to the largest colony of Fairy Penguins on Australia's West Coast, a short journey in the waters off Perth. Boardwalks are provided to trek around the island while preserving the delicate surrounds, with the front and back beaches open for swimming. To reach Penguin Island, ferries depart the mainland from Shoalwater Bay.
