Donnellys Castle

Somewhat contrary to what it sounds, Donnellys Castle is less a castle and more the hideout for the infamous bushranger, Thunderbolt, who roamed around the region. A rock formation situated in the Stanthorpe region, Donnellys Castle is as rich in history as it is in scenic beauty, offering great views from the lookout and rocky grounds to walk over and around.
