Seville Hill Wines

Producing a line of premium boutique Yarra Valley wines is Seville Hill Wines, available for tasting at a cellar door perched atop a sunny hillside at the end of Paynes Road. Established in 1991, this elevated site is home to rich red soils with valley breezes which cool fruit as it ripens and cellar door visitors basking out on a platform deck, overlooking a cherry orchard and distant mountains. Focus is given to elegant, fruit driven reds with the more recent addition of whites, sparkling and dessert-style wines for any occasion. Find wines like a 2014 Tempranillo with savoury character, flavours of ripe red currant, hints of dark chocolate and coffee; or a 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, with green bean and gooseberry characters, a full palate of asparagus, citrus flavours and a pineapple finish.
