Quite simply, it is a delicious combination of thyme, sesame seeds, oregano, sumac, salt and other spices, zaatar is a popular spice mix that’s eaten in all Middle Eastern homes and adored by millions of people around the world. Growing up as kids, we ate it smeared on flatbread as a simple but tasty (not to mention, healthy) snack – think of it as a Middle Eastern version of vegemite! We have our own unique blend of zaatar, made from a closely guarded recipe that’s been passed down through our family for generations.

Best authentic lebanese breakfast and the taste of zaatar feels purely authentic, never get the same taste anywhere else, ans their chicken square is super good, always love it

Incredibly fresh!!!
The food was really fresh and tasty. I particularly liked the spinach pie and Helou cheese which was authentic made to how I have had it in my homeland of lebanon. The atmosphere was a vibe. The coffee was great.
Must visit when in the north.
