Founded by husband-and-wife duo Mark and April, this striking two-storey space has been transformed into a small-batch whisky and gin distillery, producing handcrafted spirits with precision and passion. Guided by years of mentorship from industry experts, the team creates exceptional gin, refined whisky and specialty spirits inspired by time-honoured recipes. Wolf and Woman Distillery is a working small-batch distillery helping shape the Illawarra's growing craft spirits scene. Copper stills sit at the heart of the space, producing a range of award-winning spirits distilled on site.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the distillery opens its doors to the public and transforms into a relaxed cocktail bar where visitors can experience the full range through expertly mixed cocktails, tastings and a thoughtfully curated drinks list. Alongside the distillery's signature spirits are local craft beers, wines and non-alcoholic options, ensuring there's something for everyone.
The atmosphere is easygoing and welcoming, with communal tables, rotating local food trucks and a family-friendly, kid-friendly and dog-friendly vibe that reflects the distillery's strong connection to its local community.
