Had a great experience!
We picked Waters edge to celebrate my 2022 birthday dinner. Delicious meal, great wine, greeted by friendly staff members, who were very attentive, and we loved the view and the atmosphere. We will definitely come back again when we visit Canberra. - Mike & Indrani (Dec 2022).
OK at best - location is nice
We booked for dinner after not having been to Water’s Edge for a number of years. Food was mostly OK, but certainly not the quality we expected or top notch. Limited and dated menu, with no local produce on it. Wine list was similarly limited. Service was friendly, but certainly not fine dining. Ambience at night was terrible - harsh overhead lighting and lacking in character and intimacy. Many of the reviews online still feature photos of James Mussilon’s food, from more than three years ago. There are better places to eat in Canberra, and we won’t be back.
