The formula at Vlado's is simple and unchanging. The staffs are like family. It’s a serious business to them also and you'll be happy to get to know them over the years. The location has also been still since Vlado moved from his original Smith Street, Collingwood premises to the Bridge Road, Richmond location where it became a fully licensed restaurant. Don't expect lavish and modern here, but certainly tradition, a pristine and sparkling interior wallpapered with memories, awards and even a few special gifts from patrons who crossed the special line of friendship with this very passionate establishment. Lucky for them! You will feel special seated in any area of Vlado's restaurant

Pure Steak Experience
No fancy decor. It has everything you could expect from a traditional steak house.


Outstanding steaks, Vlado's purely concentrate on steaks. If you love meat. That's the restaurant you don't want to miss out. Beautiful atmosphere, nice service and great food. Quite expensive restaurant, we spend around $100 each include wines. We have a very nice experience, and I will bring more friend with me next time. Suggest book the table in 3 or 4 days upfront if you want to go at Friday or Saturday. They are very busy!!


Valdo still has the best steak in Australia if you like it on the rare side.
