With paddock to plate being at the heart of what we do, our philosophy is a simple one founded on showcasing and supporting local. Our restaurant offers a delicious selection of fresh, seasonal and regional produce, as well as a healthy children's menu. We have ample elderly, disabled and pram parking, Tesla charging stations and menus to suit every budget. With breathtaking views across the Wollemi National Park, our very spongy Sir Walter lawn is a great space for the kids to play while you relax and enjoy the vista. The Vines Restaurant is an amazing location you will want to come back to every day.
Open daily for breakfast and lunch, CLOSED Monday and Tuesday (coffee, wine, antipasto, cake availalbe these days).
Cellar Door is open for tastings from 10am to 4pm daily.

Amazing experience all round!
Beautiful venue, delicious meal, great coffee, lovely staff
So glad we stumbled upon this gem just as we were looking for breakfast and a coffee. Idylic setting for a lazy breakfast. Wish we could stay to sip wine on the veranda! Will definately stop in again.
Worth a stop in
Always drove past and never made the time. When I did finally stop in I was blown away! By far the best experience. Such amazing service, staff are attentive and highly educated on their products.

My girlfriends and I came up to scone for the weekend from Sydney. Visited Hollydene for lunch and were blown away. Really delicious - would recommend and will come back one day. Very pretty venue.

Great, Friendly and Positive Environment
My husband and I live at coolmore stud farm which Hollydene is next to and we enjoy having dinner there most Friday evenings and special occasions. Best food, drinks, desserts and all the staff are very lovely and easy to talk too! Highly recommend to all types of people especially families.
