From Paris-style escargot and garlic prawns to mouth-watering BBQ skewers, each bite is a celebration of flavour and freshness; start with Szechuan-spiced calamari and chipotle mayo, or pan-fried pork gyoza and ponzu dipping sauce. I stopped through on my way from the city, and the vibe was exactly what I needed to decompress. The food was SO good, and I thoroughly enjoyed my bubbles watching the Zetland locals pass by. The service was also 10/10, with regular check-ins to see if I needed anything. Put the escargot on your list—it's chef's kiss!
