Duck
Great setting overlooking the pool and then the bay in a casual but classy dining room. The prawns starter was tasty but messy to eat. The scallops may have been nice but we're overpowered by the bacon and maple dressing. The main was a let down with duck that required chewing, unimaginatively presented broccoli and unappealing 'burnt onion'. The sweet potato croquettes were gorgeous and crispy though. The desert tasting plate was splendid and the staff faultless.
