Not Authentic Viet food
This restaurant food is average. I spend $100 on diffrent kind of foods and was disappointed with the beef pho.It didn't have beef balls-they used minced beef and turn it in to a ball shape to look like a beef ball.The broth is not as fragranced with herbs and spices.Sydney by far makes really nice Pho.
Also, the beef lemongrass Bahn mi is dry and all the food seems to be on a salty side.I think they maje their own rolls fresh -I could taste the freshness of the bread rolls.
The only thing that was good was the griiled pork chop with salad.
