Executive Chef Daniel Jarrett is the force behind this restaurant, where an elegant open timber pavilion design allows guests to soak up the region’s stunning natural surrounds. Composed of a la carte, degustation and banquet options, Tamarind’s ever-changing menu excites with Asian flavours and techniques combined with effortless style and innovation. Expect dishes like cured ocean trout, yuzu kosho crème fraiche, furikake, wakame and caviar, or Koji marinated beef tataki, oyster, daikon, wasabi, miso mustard and black beer ponzu; followed by an indulgent white chocolate parfait, black sesame, passionfruit and mango.
