Meet the passionate duo behind this charming restaurant – Kate and Ian. Kate, our talented self taught chef, not only works her culinary magic but also curates our impressive wine list and pairings.

At The Quarry, we are dedicated to sourcing local produce sustainably, ensuring that each dish reflects the beauty of our region. Our wine selection showcases the finest offerings from Cowra's renowned vineyards and surrounding wine regions.

Kate's culinary passion traces back to her father, Robin, a Hall of Fame member and a recognised Founding Father of the Australian Society of Baking. Robin was also an Officer's chef in the Army among other things. Kate's brother trained as a chef in the restaurants of European, so it definitely runs in the family!
