Opening Hours
We came here for the High Tea service on the Queen's Birthday. All in all, it was very nice. The service was attentive and friendly and we felt most welcome. The food choices for the high tea were quite good, but didn't meet our expectations of an elegant event with delicate and pretty morseld to try. The cakes and slices were very tasty, but lacked a bit of flare that I was hoping for.
The venue is wonderful - it's a bit of a pity that the Hyatt doesn't request a dress code, as some of the atmosphere was affected by guys just in jeans and sneakers. That's just my opinion though.
