This Brisbane fine dining destination delivers simple, elegant, modern French-inspired cuisine in plush surroundings of blue velvet chairs, clothed tables, gilt mirrors and glowing chandelier lighting. Every flavour tells a story from entrées of pan-seared scallops, served with pumpkin soup, pickled turnips and crispy pancetta to mains such as duck breast, mushroom fricassee, duck fat potatoes and thyme jus. Perhaps pistachio-crusted lamb rack tempts, with red cabbage purée, roasted cauliflower, baby carrots and red wine sauce; decadent desserts like caramel pudding, caramel sauce and vanilla whipped cream await those with room to spare.

This is my favourite restaurant in Cleveland, where we have plenty of choice and many wonderful restaurants and cafes! On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, The French Table has special blackboard deals available. The food is always of a high quality and although the servings are not large, the taste is superb! I like to celebrate special occasions at The French Table in Cleveland.
The French Table is our favourite restaurant. We are frequent customers there and are drawn by the beautiful food and service. The meals are all tasty and beautifully presented and of sufficient portion to feel satisfied but not to feel overindulged. The service is prompt, friendly and efficient. The ambience is authentic and comfortable. A truly wonderful place for a romantic dinner. Perfect.
