On 13 March three adults had a meal at hotel at midday. The meals were absolutely disgusting! Two T bones were ordered - one with pepper sauce and the other mushroom sauce. The pepper sauce was inedible due to too much pepper poured obviously into standard gravy. The mushroom sauce a little better. T bone was cooked one half and raw the other half - and because it had been smothered in the disgusting pepper sauce NOT eaten. Cajun chicken on salad was 5 strips of chicken on a bed of rocket salad (not a mixed salad) with about twenty scrapes of grated carrot and a little sauce over it it. The sauce was delicious but the salad was NOT a salad. The waitress was informed the meals were not up to scratch! The bill was $86.90 for a DREADFUL MEAL Needless to say I have informed all my friends NOT to go to the Fountain restaurant.

My parents took my 80-something year old grandparents here on boxing day. well, they would have. Had there not been dog poo all over the floor of the restaurant! after driving for half an hour in 40 degree heat the floors were dirty, the tables not wiped down and the attitude of the staff! After telling the staff of the problem, istead of an apology and someone cleaning the floor ASAP. they got ignored and when they said they were not going to be dining there, they didnt even offer an apology! The food may be great, but we dont know thanks to the managers dog and apathy of the staff. completely disgusted. never going there again and will be telling everyione about this.

I wish in fact there was a disgusting button as I would be choosing this. The Prices are Over the top,$17.50 for a plastic jug full of post mix coke, $16.50 for a chicken caesar salad 1 slice of chicken hardly any lettuce no bacon no egg and maybe a slice of cheese. We felt unwelcome from the moment we approached the door, table of 13 walking in off the street I understand that is a headache but would of thought a bill of $367.00 plus was welcomed.. This included 9 meals that where uneatable and very little alcohol 6 beers i believe. Never Ever would i go back.
