This locally-loved diner nestles in a cosy blue and cream cottage with alfresco tables on the verandah for soaking up rays on balmy days, while indoors is warm and welcoming with vibrant artwork, polished wood floors and potted greenery adding a soft touch. Early risers stop in to appease hunger with smashed avocado, Persian feta, poached egg, dukkah, pickled red onion and pomegranate on grilled sourdough; or join the later crowd for a glass of red and an open Scotch fillet sandwich with mushroom, egg, spinach, chimichurri, fries and smoked paprika aioli.
