Chill out on the sun-drenched terrace, framed by lush foliage and sandstone, which offers a panoramic view of the city skyline, or head indoors and start with scallop ceviche, coconut, kumato, dulse and scampi caviar; then devour confit duck carnitas with radish, salsa Negra, baby cos and warm tortillas. Perhaps dry-aged bone-in sirloin hits the mark with salsa and sides of shoestring fries and grilled broccolini; or lobster scrambled eggs, chipotle dashi, chives and tortillas.
