The Brooklyn Wine + Tapas is my absolute favourite restaurant in Varsity Lakes. Each time I walk in, I'm captivated by the stunning décor that creates such an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The food consistently amazes me, and their diverse wine selection and cocktails perfectly complement the dining experience.
What truly makes The Brooklyn special is the warm hospitality - they make me feel like an honoured guest every single time. I've hosted multiple celebrations and recently organised a charity event, with every experience exceeding expectations. Whether I'm planning a romantic date night or a special occasion with friends, this restaurant has become my go-to venue. The level of personalised attention and cuisine excellence rivals any high-end city establishment. If you haven't visited yet, you're truly missing out on the Gold Coast's best dining experience.

The Brooklyn is an experience that never disappoints.
From the moment you step inside The Brooklyn Wine and Tapas you are enveloped in the opulence of an old English Manor House. As you drift from room to room you are reminded of what an experience can be. The dark and moody decor, the fabulous menu which seems to change on a whim, the cocktail and wine selection and the attention of the knowledge staff make a visit a once in a lifetime or an always different regular experience. Hats off to the staff, the chefs and the owners for creating a great place to visit in little old Varsity Lakes.
