About The Boat Shed
Casual coastal dining overlooking the Maroochy River awaits at The Boat Shed on The Esplanade in Cotton Tree. With sunset views and a contemporary menu, this Sunshine Cost restaurant is the ideal setting for a romantic dinner, special event or leisurely meal with friends; chill out on the banks of the river alfresco with a cheeky cocktail in hand and watch the world pass by. From tapas to fresh seafood, there is something on the menu to tempt all palates – dive in with an entrée of half-shell scallops, lemon myrtle land kaffir lime butter, or beef tartare, egg yolk, miso, sesame and potato crisps. For the main, think dishes of sweet and sticky braised pork belly, creamy slaw, cucumber pickle, kaffir lime and lemongrass rice, or lamb backstrap, edamame, radish, kang kong and garlic chives.

60th Birthday
Group of 11 celebrated my husbands 60th. The food was amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for us. I brought a cake in with table decorations which the staff set up for us onarrival...nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.
