This restaurant will ruin yum cha for you
Quite literally the epitome of Yum Cha in Sydney. The tea is sensational, the ingredients high quality, the food all hand made. The selection is enormous. I've eaten yum cha all over SEAsia and this is by far the best. Ridiculous. This place will make your best experience seem like peasant fare. 12/10 try the salt and pepper white bait and the bbq pork puff.
