Chef and owner, Sofia Pestana has combined her love of cooking with pride in her heritage to bring delicious ‘rissois’ – the Portuguese word for a croquette – to hungry Sydney diners. These savoury, filled pastries, shaped like a half-moon, are coated with breadcrumbs and then deep-fried to golden perfection; think flavours like King prawns in creamy garlic white sauce, spinach and cheese, or perhaps peri peri chicken hits the mark.
