About Social Manna

Fun and quirky, Social Manna on Albany Highway in Victoria Park is where locals gather for DIY sodas and brunch fare with flair. A shabby chic interior, complete with teaspoon collections, a gramophone and old kitchen beaters on the counter, entices lingering over a Pound coffee, or soak up the sun and balmy breezes alfresco. Dark wood floors and a mismatch of furniture ideally match a menu of all-day eats, plating up tempters like a signature Southern fried chicken burger, with Asian slaw and potato waffle hash. Perhaps a healthy buddha bowl, with brown rice, raw vegetables, avocado smash and corn miso dressing entices; or wrap your hands around a Reuben sandwich – house pastrami, pickled cabbage, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese on toasted sourdough – washed down by a spiced ginger ale.

Welcoming, friendly with fantastic food
Regular at this cafe and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Sandro (hope i spelt it correctly) and his team ooze warmth with their smiles and chitchat as you enter through the funky curtains. Plenty of opportunity to Pay it forward with their wall of tickets showing love from patrons. Don’t be put off because they are busy, the team will find you a seat, it’s totally worth the 5 minute wait. The quirky decor always gives you something to look at and often sparks sone childhood memories (for me anyway). Icon of Vic Park!

Had a really great reuben and iced long black, would brunch again.
