Since 2017, Shucks Bar has remained true to a simple but unwavering philosophy — serve honest food with informed hospitality in an intimate environment. Oysters are shucked fresh to order, sourced from celebrated regions across Australia, from famous Coffin Bay to St Helens in Tasmania, Port Stephens Sydney Rocks and locally treasured Straddie oysters. The ever-changing menu fluctuates beautifully with the seasons and availability of the freshest local produce, complemented by beautiful wines and local craft beers.
