This inviting Middle Eastern restaurant and bar is inspired by the fragrant, lively markets of Tel Aviv; step into a moody vibe of exposed brick, velvet banquettes and an open kitchen offering a glimpse of Chefs in action. Embark on a memorable culinary adventure with octopus, lima bean hummus, sujuk, chickpeas, tomato seeds and chervil; followed by lamb shoulder, chermoula, chard pickled pumpkin, toum and jus. Perhaps snapper, tabouli, barberries, cherry tomatoes, arak butter and crispy vine leaf tempts; finishing indulgently with chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline, mascarpone, salty cocoa soil and a halva crumb cocoa tuile.
