Great ambiance and Malaysian food
We enjoyed the ambiance and tasty hainanese chicken. Place is kids friendly with high chair and kids cutleries available. No toilet on site but there is toilet nearby in the woolworth parking lot.

Nice and authentic Malaysian food
I recently visited Sam Po Malaysia Kitchen and had a really enjoyable experience. The food was authentic, comforting, and full of flavour — especially if you're craving proper Malaysian hawker-style dishes. The Hainanese chicken rice was tender and juicy, paired with fragrant rice and a nice trio of sauces.

So Good!
At Sam Po Malaysian Kitchen, the Hainanese Chicken is a standout dish, featuring tender, juicy chicken served with fragrant rice and a zesty dipping sauce that enhances its flavors beautifully. The XO King Prawns are equally impressive, boasting a rich, savory sauce infused with spices that perfectly complements the succulent prawns. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a delightful culinary experience. Highly recommended for both Malaysian cuisine enthusiasts and newcomers alike! #sampo #hainanesechicken

Exceeded expectations
Great Maylasian food in a casual unassuming eatery in Mascot. It was busy during our dinner but the service was fast and constant. The staff were friendly and prompt. I cannot rate the Yoke Bo any higher… so so good! I also really recommend the Hainian chicken. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Sydney.

Authentic restaurant
I recently dined at this Malaysian restaurant and absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. The food was full of bold, authentic flavours—especially the nasi lemak and char kway teow, which were perfectly cooked and fragrant. Portions were generous and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a satisfying meal that truly captured the heart of Malaysian cuisine, and I would happily return again.

One of the best Malaysian restaurant in the town
Hainese chicken and BKT are must try. And the Singapore chilli live barramundi is also very tasty. Yummy.
