A winding path leads guests to a timber-clad haven where nature sets the mood - the gentle murmur of a nearby creek, birdsong filtering through the leaves and the earthy scent of the rainforest in the air. Inside, warm timber tones and soft lighting mirror the natural serenity outside, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and untamed. Every meal becomes a sensory journey, where fine dining meets the raw beauty of the hinterland — enjoy a breakfast of roasted tomatoes, herbs, Parmesan and balsamic glaze, or dine later on crispy skin salmon, scallops, pea purée, charred corn, cucumber and lemon butter sauce.
