Find a warm and welcoming vibe at this local café, where Head Chef and owner Kurtis Lovell delivers dishes free from gluten, grains, dairy and refined sugar, yet still full of flavour. Here you know the farmer who made your smoothie possible and digging into burgers with workmates is the norm; whether looking for a go-to café for catch-ups, coffee on the run, or Chef-made meals to reheat. Stop by early for sweet potato, caramelised onion, chorizo and zucchini hash, eggs and kale pesto; later dinners enjoy potato gnocchi, sorrel, asparagus, capers, hazelnuts and lemon, or chicken enchiladas, avocado purée, sweet potato and pickled fennel.

Chef Kurt Lovell and his team create everything from scratch using vibrant whole ingredients, with a focus on local producers like Blue Dog Farm, Basilea Living Herbs, the Mini Farm Project and more. Everything on the menu (except the coffee) is free from gluten, grains, dairy, soy and refined-sugar, but full of flavour thanks to Kurt's attention to detail and career spanning high end kitchens across the world.
With a strong belief that the more you know your food (and who grew it) the better it tastes and makes you feel, we love helping others find the same vitality and enjoyment, whether at our table or your own. The venue also offers popular cooking school nights, take-home meals and cakes, and meet-the-maker events.
