Take a seat under the watchful eye of the gentleman twirling his moustache on the wall, to peruse a menu of classic curries and rice dishes, alongside street food bites, beautiful local wines, craft beer and traditional lassi beverages. Delve into paneer saslik to start – grilled cottage cheese, roasted capsicum, spiced yoghurt and mixed berry relish – before fiery pork vindaloo, sprinkled with crispy pork chicarron, or everyone's favourite butter chicken, with saffron rice and papadums.
