Silas and his team, create amazing and creative seasonal menus, from local produce, its served in this beautiful space at Forest Hill Vineyard, along with their outstanding wines. I have eaten here for many of my birthdays, anniversaries, or just because we need to take someone out for an amazing lunch! Our Son and daughter in laws' chose it for their wedding and it was all next level. What I love about what Silas does is that he excites my tastebuds and takes them on new adventures each season, while still honouring our region. And while you are a guest at this wonderful restaurant he will most likely personally check on you, and explain anything if needed. A MUST STOP when in the region if you truly love Food and Wine.
