Located on Quail Street in St Helens, Panorama Bistro and Bar is a proudly Tasmanian dining destination that celebrates the extraordinary produce, wines and beers of the Apple Isle in every carefully crafted dish and every thoughtfully poured glass. The à la carte menu focuses on fresh seafood and modern bistro-style cuisine, showcasing the finest Tasmanian meats and seafood with genuine skill and seasonal sensibility. À la carte breakfast and freshly brewed barista coffee, enjoyed in the bistro or out on the deck, provide the perfect start to any Tasmanian morning.

An absolute waterfront venue with 60 accommodation rooms, four conference and function rooms, and an amazing Deck overlooking Georges Bay.
Our inhouse restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days per week. The menus feature Tasmanian produce and wines.
For our guests we also offer a seasonal heated inground swimming pool, secure mountain bike storage, and large carpark.
Whether you're here on holidays, for work, an event or the world class mountain biking, it's the perfect location for your next trip to Tassie's East Coast.
We are within walking distance to the main street, a 10-minute drive to the Bay of Fires, Binalong Bay, the famous Peron sand dunes at Akaroa and Lease 65 oyster farm, or you can ride-in-ride-out to some of the world's best mountain bike trails. The Panorama Hotel is under new ownership and management from December 2023, with many improvements already underway and we are excited to share this wonderful location with our guests.
