The Bay Bistro & Bar is located inside the Panorama Hotel. An absolute waterfront venue with 60 accommodation rooms, four conference and function rooms, and our amazing Deck overlooking Georges Bay. We offer magnificent meals from breakfast to dinner, 7 days a week and specialise in local produce, wines and spirts with an emphasis on the truly amazing locally sourced seafood, such as lobster, oysters and fish. For our guests we also offer a seasonal heated inground swimming pool, secure mountain bike storage, and large carpark. Whether you're here on holidays, for work, an event or the world class mountain biking, it's the perfect location for your next trip to Tassie's East Coast. Our hotel is located right on the edge of Georges Bay in St Helens with stunning views, and within walking distance to the main street, a 10-minute drive to the Bay of Fires, Binalong Bay, the famous Peron sand dunes at Akaroa and Lease 65 oyster farm, or you can ride-in-ride-out to some of the world's best mountain bike trails. The Panorama Hotel is under new ownership and management from December 2023, with many improvements already underway and we are excited to share this wonderful location with our guests.
