No Bones about it! This Byron Bay plant-powered tapas and cocktail bar is on a mission to save the Earth one Brussels sprout at a time. Nestled on Fletcher Street not far from the salty sea air of Main Beach, No Bones makes almost everything inhouse – no store-bought bread at this vegan restaurant, where fairy lights twinkle in the alfresco area at night, setting a chilled out vibe in keeping with the Byron lifestyle. Choose a seat at tables clothed in quirky linen and peruse a share-style menu serving up tempters like King oyster vegan scallops, truffle pea puree and faux bacon, or housemade ravioli with mushroom, potato and truffle filling, cream sauce, caramelised onions, Swiss brown enoki and white oyster mushrooms; best enjoyed with a Johnny Meloncamp cocktail made with Brookies gin.
