Tucked along Great Eastern Highway in Bakers Hill, Mrs’ Sippy BBQ is a smokehouse-style haven that brings the bold flavours of slow-cooked meats to the heart of the Perth hills. With its laid-back country charm and rustic character, it’s the kind of place where the aroma of hickory and charcoal greets you before you step through the door. The menu is centred on hearty barbeque favourites, smoked to tender perfection and served with an unmistakable touch of homestyle comfort. Offering a true taste of Southern-inspired cooking, stop in to devour shredded BBQ pulled pork, mac n cheese and crispy chips; or chow down on a smoked brisket burger with cheese, coleslaw and BBQ sauce on a potato bun. Perhaps pork loaded fries hit the mark, with sweet and tangy sauce, queso, garlic aioli and chives.

Welcoming the challenge of perfecting different cuts of meat, Jules has researched, entered, and won her first BBQ competition with the WA Cider & Pork Festival in 2016, travelled on to Brisbane, and then across waters to the Houston Livestock and Rodeo World's Champion Bar-B-Que Contest only twelve months later, placing 158th out of 486 entries from around the world!!
