About Morries
More of a Margaret River institution than a restaurant, Morries on Bussell Highway has been serving moreish snacks and creative cocktails for over a decade. This upmarket bar and restaurant specialises in tapas, cocktails and good times in fun and funky surrounds; either alfresco under trailing greenery, or indoors where an eclectic mix of artwork adorns walls and Edison bulb lighting sets a moody vibe. With a glass of wine in hand, delve into snapper ceviche, coconut leche de tigre, onion, jalapeño, pickled tomatillo, sesame and toasted milk loaf, or pork belly, Thai caramel, coriander and sesame. Perhaps a duck bao bun hits the mark, with Thai chilli jam, kimchi, crispy shallots and smoked soy mayo; finish with salted chocolate fudge, salted almond, dulce de leche and coffee ice cream.
