Dine amongst playful interiors which boast a colour palette of blues, greens and greys, all bathed in warm light spilling from the famous suspended bird cages and feel part of the action from the open-plan kitchen. Enjoy authentic Vietnamese and Thai dishes alongside Cantonese-inspired dim sim, perhaps starting with lobster, ginger and shallot dumplings, or duck spring rolls with plum sauce. For the main, delve into Mongolian-braised beef short rib, capsicum, onion, dark soy and chilli, or steamed scallops, garlic butter, ginger, bok choy, glass noodles and soy sauce.
