Nestled against the edge of Echo Point and the breathtaking Three Sisters, Miss Lilian on Lilianfels Avenue in Katoomba stands as a landmark of its own within the Lilianfels Resort and Spa. Dine amongst playful interiors which boast a colour palette of blues, greens and greys, all bathed in warm light spilling from the famous suspended bird cages and feel part of the action from the open-plan kitchen. Enjoy authentic Vietnamese and Thai dishes alongside Cantonese-inspired dim sim, perhaps starting with lobster, ginger and shallot dumplings, or duck spring rolls with plum sauce. For the main, delve into Mongolian-braised beef short rib, capsicum, onion, dark soy and chilli, or steamed scallops, garlic butter, ginger, bok choy, glass noodles and soy sauce. Finish with sago pudding and fruit.

Our vibrant menu draws from Vietnamese, Thai and Cantonese street-food traditions – think Mongolian braised beef short rib, lemongrass pork siu mai, and hearty bowls of classic pho – all served on nostalgic blue and white ceramics. Many dishes are made for sharing, with set menus available for both lunch and dinner.
The dining space is breezy and casual, lit by suspended vintage birdcages with the open kitchen setting the tone. Cocktails, mocktails and drinks skew fun and Asian-inspired.
