Dinner with the family
Last night my family and I had come in for dinner. We were given an amazing seat outside where the wind kept us nice and cool and we were provided with great customer service! The food was just amazingly delightful and we'd most definitely recommend the restaurant to everyone! Thank you again and you'll be seeing us quite frequently!

Good food, lovely atmosphere
I went there for a farewell dinner with two other friends. We were greeted with smile by the lovely manager and have to say that it was a warm welcome. Love the setting of the restaurant, antiques collection in the interior part caught my attention. The food was good! For starter we had bread with dips (the carrot dip is my favourite), I ordered the lamb pirzola as the main meal and it was so so so delicious. The portion was big and I enjoyed it so much.We ordered sutlac( the rice pudding) as dessert and I totally love the sweet taste! Overall, this restaurant is simply my favourite in Brisbane!

That place is really like your home. Firstly, it is hard to decide which is better: the food, the atmoshpere or the service! The decore and the one turkish singer just made us feel like we were in Turkey again. But then I learned just he was playing just every Thursday and Sunday. However, belly dancer was amazing, You can see every Friday and Saturday. The food is exceptional, i watched the chef making my pide with ease and confidence while having a chat with me on a busy Saturday evening. The size of the meals are unreal but make sure that you are able to have some baklava and some turkis coffee at the end of your meal. There was lots of cocktails and a few turkish drinks on the menu too. The service was fantastic, fast, polite and professional; and the manager (?)... I have never seen anybody before who could carry 4 meals on his arm at the same time and still smile and joke around. Will be back! Thanks for the MADO team

What can I say! We were served by pleasant staff and a manager who is very passionate about his restaurant and very helpful. I went with my family and we shared several of the dishes. The entree dips were absolutely divine and the turkish bread that came with it was better than the bread that I have actually tried in turkey! For mains, I had a mixture of the spinach and cheese pide (flat bread) and 'iskender'. They were both delicious and the flavours really reminded me of my trip to Turkey, much more authentic than many of the Turkish restaurants I have visited outside of Turkey. For desert, I tried some of the Turkish ice cream with baklava, which was just divine. Overall, I left feeling absolutely full to the brim and very happy with the meal, I will definitely be returning to try their several 'banquet' options. Thanks Mado! :)
