Start with drunken Patron tequila and beetroot cured kingfish, sesame cracker, avocado, wasabi Kewpie and pickled red onion, or wrap your hands around a sticky glazed pork bao, with gochujang mayo, kimchi, tom yum peanuts and coriander. For the main, don’t go past signature sticky lamb ribs, mixed pickle, herbs and Love House crispy chilli oil; or char-grilled tamarind and chilli chicken with citrus labneh.
