I have eaten at Lotus a number of times for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have always left being a happy customer! The food is great, particularly the dinner menu, and the service is good too! I always take clients and friends to Lotus as I can guarantee it will be a good experience.
Meals took a lil while to arrive. And my meal was average wife's was tasty.
We stopped in for breakfast, we were seated quickly and sat inside. Because it so open there were heaps of flies in the restaurant which was a little annoying. The coffee was average, we had a big breakfast and corn cakes with chorizo and tomato salsa. Both were standard. It was a public holiday when we dined and there was a 15% surcharge added the bill which made for a very expensive breakfast, and rudly there was a tip jar placed infront of you at the register. When did it become a custom to tip in Australia??
