My pan-fried duck breast experience at La Belle Vie Bistro was simply exquisite. From the moment the plate arrived, the dish was a visual masterpiece. The duck breast, perfectly cooked to a tender, rosy hue, was a testament to the chef's skill.
The first bite was a revelation of flavors. The crispy skin gave way to succulent, flavorful meat. The natural richness of the duck was complemented by a carefully curated sauce that balanced sweetness and depth, elevating the dish to a gourmet delight.

Want the best Crepe Suzette in Brisbane? Visit La Belle Vie for a real treat! Over a wonderful lunch there not too long ago, we were told that Wednesdays are Crepe Suzette days and since my husband is a Crepe Suzette connoisseur, we just had to try. We weren't disappointed.
We enjoyed a wine and the view till Simon, the owner, wheeled over a trolley and made the dish in front of us. Being French, we knew this was authentic and our mouths watered as he slowly added all the ingredients on top a low flame. Over a pleasant conversation, we watched the sauce become a beautiful consistency, finally topped off with Grand Marnier as it flambéed into a true delicacy.
On this occasion we just dropped in for a coffee and Crepe Suzette but the ambience and Simon's conviviality made it a very enjoyable hour indeed. So pleasant was the experience that we're guaranteed to become Wednesday regulars.

We had a fantastic Sunday lunch at Lutece Bistro & Wine Bar about a month after they opened. Amazing food, presented beautifully with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic views and great service. Highly recommend
