About Henry Deane

Boasting many spaces, bars and balconies to get lost in, head to Henry Deane on Bettington Street in Millers Point for rooftop brews and bites. The zenith of Hotel Palisade, this dining destination reveals the building's modern and contemporary charisma with plush settees and lounges to watch the boats and harbour float on by – kick back and settle into uninterrupted Sydney views no matter which way you look. Catch the sunset or a storm rolling in as you sip an Old Salty Girl bourbon cocktail and graze on raw fish, coconut, green pepper oil and pickled cucumber, or spiced chopped prawns with butter bean dip and fermented honey. Perhaps devour marinated grilled chicken with green tarator and preserved lemon with a side of mixed leaves, mint vinegar and horseradish.

Priceless!
I recently stayed at Hotel Palisade for a special occasion and dined at Henry Dean for dinner. Both the hotel and restaurant deserve 5/5 starts. From the service to the food; everything was divine. I had a great experience with the team and was looked after by Natalie (Nat). She took care of us and made it a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back to hotel palisade and would recommend it to everyone!
